Warranty Coverage

• This warranty covers any defects in workmanship, including incorrect installation or assembly of fencing materials provided by RJH Fencing Solutions Pty Ltd.

• If any issues covered under this warranty arise during the 10-year period, RJH Fencing Solutions Pty Ltd. will repair or replace the affected areas free of charge.

Warranty Exclusions

While our workmanship warranty ensures exceptional quality, there are certain circumstances that are beyond our control. RJH Fencing Solutions Pty Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for the following:

1. Underground Services
   Any damage to underground services that were not disclosed to RJH Fencing Solutions Pty Ltd. prior to the commencement of work.

2. Boundary Disputes
   Any issues or disputes regarding boundary lines. We strongly recommend that customers provide an accurate property survey before work begins.

3. Damage to Plants and Shrubs
   Minor damage to plants, shrubs, or landscaping features in close proximity to the fence line. While we take care during installation, such damage may be unavoidable.

4. Natural Material Characteristics
   Twisting, warping, cracking, or splitting of pressure-treated materials over time. These are natural occurrences and are not related to our workmanship.

5. Ground Movement and Temperature Effects
   Fence posts that may heave or sink over time due to natural ground movement, soil conditions, or temperature fluctuations.

 

Warranty Claims Process:

To make a claim under this warranty, please contact RJH Fencing Solutions Pty Ltd. Provide the following information to assist with your claim:

• Your name and contact details.

• A description of the issue, including photos if possible.

• Proof of purchase or installation date.

We will assess the issue promptly and work with you to resolve it in accordance with this warranty.

 

Additional Notes:

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any repairs or modifications made by third parties without the approval of RJH Fencing Solutions Pty Ltd. will void this warranty.
